Why Pronine Electronics Design?

Your PCB will be designed by an experienced electronics engineer who knows how it is supposed to work. Possible problems with the original circuit design will be reported. If the layout implementation requires any additions (like additional bypass capacitors) or allows circuit optimization, possible changes will be suggested.
Bypass capacitors and termination resistors will be placed exactly where they are supposed to be. Transmission lines will have specified impedance. Parasitic capacitance and inductance will be minimized where necessary. All signal traces as well as grounds and supply lines will be organized to avoid the risk of parasitic oscillation or performance deterioration.

What do we need to start your project?

To start a PCB design we need the following information:

1. Schematic diagram. It can be hand drawn or in one of the popular CAD or graphics formats:

Power Logic (PADS)
ORCAD
PCAD
Protel
Mentor Graphics
ACAD DXF
PDF

In some cases we may ask you for additional information about the circuit (bandwidth, work frequency, preferred layer allocation, etc).

2. Mechanical drawing that shows all board dimensions, connector and mounting hole locations, keepout areas and height limitations. It can also be hand drawn or in ACAD DXF, PDF or any other popular graphics format.

3. Bill of materials and custom made component drawings (shields, heat sinks, etc).

Basically we need as much information about the components used in the design as possible. It is important to have datasheets and drawings for all the components before we start the design. Nevertheless, in some cases if there is no such information available we can help you to choose the components that are technologically preferable and easy to get.

What you get

You get everything that is needed for your PCB to be manufactured by any Fab/Assembly house. That includes:

Gerber files for each of the trace and plane layers
Silkscreens
Soldermasks
Pastemasks
Drill files
Fabrication drawing
Assembly drawings
3D board representations on request:
